Far West : Royalty Free Music

Description

A royalty free piano background music composed in 1997 after several improvisation sessions in the Jazz style. A free style jazz improvisation is used as an intro, and a more constructed and rhythmic theme is composed for the main part.
The rhythm and typical groove used here is used in the Jerra Moroccan music style, it is one of the most popular rhythms in Morocco. It's a dance music and trance beat used in traditional mariages (and since some years, in non traditional mariages too), we usually can hear it in bars and dance clubs in the North of Morocco, and it is traditionally orchestrated by one solo violin, singer and percussion section.
