Description

A typical Arabic improvisation performed on solo quanun, this one is played in the maqâm mode, with precise melodic patterns and cells, combined with each other, and with the use of 1/4 quarter tone. Here the range used is the range of the C major with the Mi and the Si tuned 1/4 of the tone lower than the standard tuning.
