Description

Royalty-free music inspired by gnawa music, using traditional Moroccan instruments. The low register is played by the hajouj (also called sentir or guembri). The hajouj plays a melodic motif and a repetitive rhythm. It is accompanied by an oud (Arabic lute) and an acoustic guitar. This is all sustained by percussion instruments. These are compsoed of a queraqeb (a sort of metal rattle) and Afro-Cuban percussion instruments. More African royalty free music
